Anand Vihar to get massive commercial cum residential hub

New Delhi: The area of Anand Vihar in East Delhi is all set to get one of the biggest commercial cum residential hubs at a prime location. The government has given its nod for development of the hub spread over 30 hectares at a cost of Rs 5,000 crore.

Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the project on December 26.

The Delhi Development Authority has entrusted the work of this project to National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC). The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on February 27.

At a formal fuction of biowaste plant inauguration, MP Gautam Gambhir said, “The project includes massive central green building features like skywalk, consourse level connectivity to metro station, multi-purpose halls with schools, dispensaries, libraries and many more other things.”
