Gurugram: With 121 new cases of Covid-19, the district tally reached 7,978, whereas no deaths reported in the last two days, the district health department data showed on Tuesday.
The total number of recovered patients now counted to 6,791 with 98 patients getting discharged after recovery during the 24 hours period. The district recovery rate stood at 85.12 per cent, the health bulletin said.
The total number of active cases now counted to 1,071, of which 15 are hospitalised at dedicated Covid hospitals. 133 are under observation at dedicated Covid healthcare centres whereas 59 are under observation at district Covid care centre. 864 patients are in home isolation.
The district’s covid-19 fatalities stood at 116.
Meanwhile, Haryana reported 604 new cases and nine deaths, taking the tally to 27,462 and death toll to 364 on Tuesday, the state health bulletin said.
In a relief, 726 patients recovered in the last 24 hours taking the tally to 20,952. The state recovery rate slightly improved to 76.29 per cent from 75.31 per cent on Monday. As of now, the number of active cases rose to 6,146.
The state Covid-19 positivity rate counted to 5.95 per cent while the fatality rate stood at 1.33 per cent. The state doubling rate of coronavirus cases is 23 days.
