New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to launch Housing Scheme 2021 on Saturday (January 2). The scheme will remain active till February 16.
As per an official, approximately 1,350 flats are available in the scheme at Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj, Rohini etc.
The scheme will be launched online through AWAAS software of the DDA. The applicants can make application, payment and possession online on the software.
They are only required to visit DDA for the process of execution of conveyance deed.
The scheme is linked to Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All (Urban).
