Noida: Residents of Noida on Sunday convened a meeting with Ritu Maheshwari, Chief Executive Officer of Noida Industrial Development Authority at Sector 105.
KK Jain, Secretary General of FONRWA said that the authority had forwarded a proposal of making properties freehold to the state government in 2018 for approval. But a notification has not come in this regard. He put this point before Maheshwari and urged her that it should be looked seriously so that a notification announcing the properties in the city to be freehold comes out.
Jain said that they have been raising the issue of water supply with the authority every year but a solution to the problem has not been made. He said that a water reservoir should be made so that water can be supplied in case of scarcity.
RK Tiwari, Secretary of RWA, Sector 105 said that two agencies have been deployed for sterilising stray dogs in the city but the population of the animals is so high that it is not possible for these two agencies to sterilise all. Considering it, the number of agencies should be increased.
Maheshwari assured residents that these issues would be looked at to get them resolved.
