Gurugram: As Women's day is right around the corner, Cloudnine hospital organised an event on March 6 announcing the launch of the second unit at Sector 14. Gurugram. More than 35 influential women from Gurugram/NCR were felicitated at the event.
The event started with retro songs performed by the band “The Musical Musafirs.” This was followed by the lamp lighting ceremony, done by the senior officials from the Cloudnine Hospital.
Dr Annu Kaushik, Director of Nursing, several dignitaries and doctors from the group specialising in the field of Gynecology, Pediatrics and Fertility along with women leaders were present at the event.
After the speech, the award ceremony began. Dr Chetna handed over the awards to women leaders of Gurugram serving under different categories and who have excelled as social activists, environmental enthusiasts, educationists, yoga enthusiasts, heads of Gurugram RWAs and successful entrepreneurs.
They have demonstrated through their life and work that women make a difference, not just a small difference but a big and critical one. After the award distribution, Dr Shashank Sharma, Business Head of Cloudnine Hospital, gave the vote of thanks to everyone present.
After the event got over, everybody had a great lunch. The aim of this award and recognition was to celebrate the incredible strength of women and encourage their meaningful contributions to society.
