Noida Foundation Day: Shooting competition organised

On the occasion of celebration of 48th Foundation Day of Noida,  the Noida Authority   organised a shooting competition at Noida Stadium, Sector 21A.  

The Shooting competition was inaugurated by Dr Avinash Tripathi  , Officer on Special Duty (OSD)  by cutting the ribbon and hitting the target.  Shakti Awasthi (IPS) ADCP Noida Police was the special guest of the occasion. Mr. AK Singh, Secretary, Noida Sports Council,  Sanjeev Bedi, AGM and  Vivek Goyal, Manager, Noida Sports Council were also present at the occasion.

Hundreds of budding shooters participated in the  shooting competition and showcased their taken on target. They participated in different categories. 

Rahish Malik the chief organiser of the shooting competition informed  that they had a participation of around 250 shooters in which   27 players won the prize in the categories they participated. “ There were 12 categories in which the shooters participated. Winners were given away prizes,” said Malik.
