Noida: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has issued a notice against the M3M India builder for violating norms.
RERA has done a Preliminary investigation and found that the M3M India builder has violated the RERA norms in their projects located in Gautam Budh Nagar.
RERA Secretary Rajesh Tyagi said that since the builder was promoting the project without getting it registered under RERA, a notice has been issued to the builder seeking his reply. RERA will take action if a proper reply is not received.
He further stated that M3M India pvt ltd has not done the process of RERA registration of their projects based in Gautam Budh Nagar. Despite this, the publicity for the sale of the flat has started which is a direct violation of RERA rules.
There is a provision for a fine of up to 10 per cent of the project cost on the builder and imprisonment of up to three years. Tyagi also instructed that no builder can issue an advertisement for the sale and purchase of flats without registering the project with RERA.

As we know a case has been registered against M3M Builder in Greater Noida's Beta-2 Kotwali for not paying the government revenue. This case has been registered by YEIDA.
