Noida: The Chief Executive Officer of the Noida Authority Ritu Maheshwari was on a surprise inspection visit to different sectors to get the status of pending works of development in the area. She was accompanied by higher officials from different departments of the authority and inspected sectors 26, 54, 55, 56, and 62. During the inspection, the CEO instructed the concerned officials to complete the pending work as soon as possible.
During the inspection of the horticulture stores in sector 26, she directed to keep the store perfectly clean and do the beautification work at all the stores in the horticulture department. While inspecting Sector 62, the team found dirt in front of the Rajat Vihar. Seeing the dirt, the CEO expressed dissatisfaction and imposed a fine of five lacks rupees each on Sahara Nursery and Neha Nursery for not getting satisfactory maintenance work on the roadside. On the other hand, in Sector 54, instructions were given to separate the STP wall and wetland and also clean the interior and exterior of the wetland.
CEO ordered the horticulture department to prepare a booklet of horticulture works being done for G-20 Summit. In this booklet, photographs of the tasks done in the past and those proposed for the future must be included.
