Dwarka: There has been a steep increase in the number of Covid-19 cases recently. The situation is again deteriorating. This is hampering the daily facilitation of those living in apartments.

In Sri Agrasen Apartments, located in Sector 7, Dwarka, there are two coronavirus positive cases. In the society, there have been discussions over the garbage not getting picked up even on alternate days.

The garbage of these two apartments, where there are positive cases, had been lying on the floor in the gallery area of the building. It is also unsafe for adjoining residents. However, the issue has been resolved on Wednesday as the garbage has been picked up.

According to Manish Gupta, President of society, this lag happened because of the miscommunication with MCD and society members.

On Saturday, India witnessed the highest surge in Covid-19 cases in the last four months with over 40,000 new cases being recorded that day.
