New Delhi: The Capital on Thursday recorded 2,790 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,65,220. The number of new cases reported came out of 78,073 tests conducted on the previous day.

At least 47,026 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 31,047 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate stood at 3.57 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate was at 4.54 per cent.

Nine deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 11,036.

A total of 1,121 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,43,686 in the national capital. Currently, there are 10,498 active cases in the city.

Out of the total 6,032 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 4,061 are vacant. A total of 5,698 patients are in home isolation.
