Dwarka: A Covid-19 care setup has been developed at Gangotri Apartments in Dwarka's Sector 12 to help Covid-19 patients of the society and also others if needed. As informed by the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) president of the society, the setup was developed by the RWA at its office with the support of the District administration.
The RWA office has given its space where two beds, oxygen cylinders, and other basic equipment like thermometers, oximeters, etc have been kept.
Umesh Kala, president of the society, said, “We have made such a set up under the guidance of District Magistrate Naveen Agrawal and DM Under Training Sanjna Yadav so that we could help people during an emergency and provide them with oxygen support for few hours before they are admitted to a hospital. This Covid care set up has been made keeping in mind over a thousand residents of this society. Apart from that, the RWA has opened it to anyone who needs it. Till now, we have helped at least three patients.”
A message was shared by Kala via WhatsApp to make resident groups in Dwarka aware of the setup.
