Noida: The Noida Authority has started oxygen refilling bank to help the resident welfare associations (RWAs) which have set up a Covid isolation centre for patients.
As per the officials, now in case the RWAs need oxygen, then they can provide empty cylinders at the Sector 93B Community Centre and it will be replenished with oxygen.
The authority has a order in this regard. It was clearly stated that the facility oxygen refilling are not for individuals and groups. Rather, it is for the RWAs in Noida.
The timing for submitting the empty cylinders is between 3 pm and 6 pm. The RWA representatives can collected the filled oxygen cylinders between 8 am and 11 am on the next day.
The authority has made arrangements for ensuring adequate oxygen supply to the RWAs in city. It is also intended to reduce the chances of black marketing of oxygen cylinders.
