Fusion Homes: Residents raise issues at Greater Noida Authority

Greater Noida: The residents of Fusion Homes, a residential highrise society in Greater Noida West, on Wednesday met Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Greater Noida Authority, Narendra Bhooshan and requested him to address issues prevalent in the society.

In the meeting, the residents raised many issues like seepage, lack of proper lighting inside premises, no permanent office, no Ganga water supply and many more.

The residents also requested the CEO to carry out a structural audit if the damages are due to seepage.

The residents informed that the CEO assured to look into delay in development of the community centre as per the declaration in the authority by Fusion Buildtech Private Limited. He has also assured the residents to look into the conflict over the clubhouse.

“We hope that the GNIDA will address the concerns of the residents of Fusion Homes. We believe that we will get justice,” said Arun Awasthi, a resident of Fusion Homes.

As per the residents, the CEO instructed the officer on special duty (OSD) to look into the matter.

On July 27, City Spidey wrote about a similar issue where the Fusion Buildtech Private Limited had sent a legal notice to the residents asking them to form RWA.

The residents had alleged that the builder will run away from many pending works within the society if they form RWA.

The CEO asked the residents to approach the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for issues related to them.
