Sunil Gupta, a resident of the society said, “The builder promises to start the work often. He sent an email on June 25 and assured us that work will start on June 30. But, it is already August 20 and no single work has been done in society.”

Another resident and owner of flat number A2-604, Rajeev Malkani said, “In the society, there are no basic facilities for the residents. Residents have got trapped in the lift many times. There is only one lift in society which is not working properly. The builder shared the completion schedule but it hasn’t been adhered to.”

Santosh Singh, a resident of tower A3 said, “There is only one lift, which is not working properly, the basement is like a dump yard and parking facility is very bad. In the name of the water tank, the builder has given us a small water storage sink.”
