Aishwaryam Society: Residents demand another tri-party meeting

Greater Noida: For the third time, the residents of Aishwaryam Society, Greater Noida West, requested a second tri-party meeting with the builder and the authority. According to them, in the last tri-party meeting, the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) gave 15 days to the builder to submit the action report.

Residents shared that there was no update from the builder or authority side.

They shared a tweet,

Residents raised the issue of the civil infrastructure of the society. According to them, the basement, common area, and tower exteriors should be fixed for seepage issues along with plastering and painting of the entire infrastructure of Aishwaryam which involve compound boundaries, basement parking walls, and tower exteriors.

Moreover, they added that the roads of the basement are in very bad condition. The drains are open. The waste from the flats is not collected on time.

In the last meeting, members of the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of the Aishwaryam Society shared that the fire infrastructure of the society needs to be fixed by providing an adequate amount of fire extinguishers on every floor along with developing a process plan for evacuation and providing a response in case of a fire outbreak in any of the towers or common area.

Residents alleged that many times the supply of water was stopped by the builder. The condition of the lift and the basement are becoming pathetic with every passing day. The problem of water leakage through the pipe was never solved. They said that the garbage was dumped in the basement parking lot and there is no exhaust fan, which makes it difficult to stand there.

Arnismesh, AOA President said, “Residents purchased the flats in the hope of getting a premise which will have at least basic amenities. We are paying heavy maintenance to the builder but there is no proper maintenance service provided by him. The drains should be covered across the entire premise and pose threats for the residents. We are requesting another tri-party meeting to solve our issues. The authority gave 15 days to the builder for submitting the report in another tri-party meeting. We all are waiting for it.”
