They also raised the issue of civil infrastructure of the society. They shared that the basement, common area  and tower exteriors should be fixed for seepage issues along with plastering and painting of the entire infrastructure of Aishwaryam which involves compound boundaries, basement parking walls, and tower exteriors.

AoA added that the covering of the open drains with industry standard drain covers across the entire premise poses threats for the pedestrians, drivers, and especially for the kids of Aishwaryam. Residents also raised the issue of Rain Water Harvesting. They shared zero rainwater harvesting processes are in place and the infrastructure for the same should be developed and tested for operability.

According to them, the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of the society is under capacity and the Water Treatment Plant is not good. Residents alleged that the builder supplied ground water to the flats and there is no proper segregation to collect the waste from different homes of  the society.

Santosh Kumar (OSD) has asked his team to audit the the society. CitySpidey also tried to talk with the builder but he doesn't want to comment on this.
