Noida MLA Pankaj Singh, on Sunday, visited Mahagun Mirabella Society in Sector 79, Noida to review the status of amenities in the society and interacted with the residents to understand the local issues. There are 480 families living in the society and the registry of all the residents is pending.
Another issue in the society is the malfunctioning of the lift. It lead to an incident on September 29 when six residents of the society, were trapped in the lift for ten minutes.
During the MLA visit, the residents raised the issues of non-registry of flats due to incomplete state of Sports City, absence of red light, cut and u-turn on roads and no provision of government individual meters, etc. MLA Pankaj SIingh shared that he has already raised the issue of pending Sports City project, registry of flats in the UP Assembly and is following it up further. He also assured quick action on the other issues discussed.
Ashok Vardhan, a resident of the society, said, “The meeting with MLA Pankaj Singh was very positive with a result-oriented approach. Apart from this, Noida Authority has also called a tripartite meeting between the builder, residents, and their officials on October 27. We are hopeful about this meeting that the builder will complete the pending work of the society.”
