Domestic helpers of Panchsheel Greens, Sector 16B, Greater Noida are on strike for the last two days against the builder for not giving their salaries. Residents also raised that the lobbies and the reception of the towers are not clean.
They shared a tweet, "ग्रेनो वेस्ट की पंचशील ग्रीन सोसायटी में सफाई कर्मियों को वेतन न मिलने के विरोध धरना पर बैठे लोग, मैंन गेट को किया गया बन्द। एंट्री एग्जिट एक ही गेट होने की वजह लोगों का आना जाना हुआ दुष्भार।"

Residents alleged that the situation of the society has become pathetic. According to them, they have to protest against the builder to fix even small issues in the society. There is no proper service provided by the builder, seepage from the basement is a common issue. Residents shared that they have been complaining for the maintenance of the basement but no action has been taken by them.
Abdul Suaid, a resident of the society shared, "The builder charged advance maintenance charges for two years and is not even giving basic amenities. There is no one to hear residents. We all are facing difficulties in getting the basic amenities. Even the domestic workers are protesting."
Another resident, Harpreet Singh said, "After paying high maintenance charges is advance, we don't get effective services. Domestic helpers are on strike. The lobbies became very dirty. Builder should have to pay their salaries in time."
Anuj Choudhary, builder said, "Residents are not paying maintenance charges. If the residents do not pay the maintenance charges, how will I pay them and give the services to the residents?"
