Residents say that the road repair plans are only made on paper but never implemented. One of the ladies on Twitter reverted to this bad road saying, “Roads are so pathetic that pregnant ladies can't drive on these roads. Moreover, people with bone issues can't think of walking or driving on this road”.

Sunil Sareen, a resident of Emaar Imperial Gardens, Sector 102, Gurgugram, said, “The roads are damaged. The ones that are not damaged are unclean. We have never seen cleaning happening here. As a result, there is dust from all sides. These factors are causing massive air pollution here. We are continuously writing about this issue on social media platforms and also on various complaint forums. There was one meeting in September but no firm decisions are taken in these meetings. The pollution is increasing day by day, and we are still waiting to see some groundwork by the concerned authorities."
