Ghaziabad: Amidst the decreasing number of Covid cases in the district, the District Magistrate of Ghaziabad has issued an order allowing hotels, gyms, and restaurants to run at full capacity while taking all the necessary precautions against the Covid 19.
Many institutions along with restaurants, gyms, and hotels were almost closed due to the third wave. This news has come as a respite to restaurant and gym owners. We talked to a few of them to understand how they are preparing for welcoming the customers back. Ankit Tyagi, manager of Pind Baluchi, Ghaziabad, "We are following all the COVID guidelines and taking all the necessary precautions, and we also ask our customers to do the same. We have proper sanitization facilities with fully vaccinated staff."
On these new guidelines, Swati, manager of The Roseman Hotel, Ghaziabad, says, "We take sanitization and our customer's health very seriously. Guards are present at the entry where they check the temperature of people and no one is allowed to enter in the hotel without a mask and sanitized hands. Our staff is also fully vaccinated",
Subhash Yadav, owner of Star Fit gym, Ghaziabad says, "The pandemic period was quite harsh on us, as our gym closed due to the first, second, and third wave. People used to come after the first and second wave but now we don't get to see the crowd that much in our gym. We take all the necessary measures to keep our customers safe, we sanitize all the machines at the gym twice a day and no one is allowed to enter the gym without proper sanitization and mask."
