Chickpea and Sweet Potato Salad

This salad is rich in protein, fibre, vitamins and is gluten-free. Sweet potatoes help to boost the level of energy as it makes your immune system strong. It has vitamin B and C, calcium and phosphorus in it. And chickpea contains vitamin B6, copper and zinc in it.

Recipe- To make this salad all you need to take is 1 cup of boiled chickpea, 1 cup of roasted sweet potato, some chopped veggies and then mixed all this in a bowl add some salt, chopped coriander, and olive oil.

Recipe- Take 1 cup of cranberry, 1 cup of diced apple, diced and dry chicken and some chopped spring onion. Mix all of them and for dressing, you need a cup of cashew, some garlic and add some water add salt as per your taste in it then grind them in a mix. For the dressing, make cashew cream that takes a handful of cashews, 2 to 3 garlic and some water, grind them perfectly and use it on your salad.
