Mango Kheer: Mango kheer is a super delicious choice one can enjoy at any time. This easy to prepare dish will add some fun to the traditional taste of kheer. Here is how you can prepare it-
You need to add some milk, basmati rice, and sugar according to the amount of the consumer. Add all of these ingredients to a saucepan and stir it well.
Add some strands of saffron and mix it again.
Once the rice starts boiling add mango puree, almonds, raisins, and mint leaves in it and cover with a lid on a slow flame.
After 10 minutes remove the mango kheer, let it cool down and garnish with almonds.
Mango cheesecake: This classic dish is a wonderful combination of biscuit, fresh fruit and cheese. You need to follow the below-mentioned steps to prepare mango cheesecake-
Collect some digestive biscuits or any one of them according to your choice and grind them properly.
Add some butter and mix with a ground biscuit. Place this mixer into a cake pan and bake for seven-eight minutes in a 180°C preheated oven.
Now whip powdered sugar, cream cheese, mango pulp, and melted white chocolate in a bowl.
Now pour the mixture into the cake pan.
Refrigerate the mixture for 3-4 hours.

Pressure to cook any of your favourite dal in a cooker with turmeric powder and water. Once the dal is boiled, mash it.
Now add some water, salt, and ripe mango pieces to another cooker and boil for some time.
Next take a pan, heat some flavoured oil, add cumin seeds, and asafoetida; let it splutter.
Next add grated garlic, green chilli, onion, and curry leaves, and cook well.
Mix the dal and boiled mangoes and pour the onion, and garlic matter on the dal. Mix them well and serve hot.

You need to roast some wheat flour, gram flour, and semolina with 2 spoons of ghee. Roast it till it becomes a little brown.
Add some hot water to the mixture and mix it well.
