Noida: On the morning of May 1, 2022, the volunteers of 7X welfare team, along with Noida traffic police, took out another one of their road safety campaigns. This time, the campaign was carried out on Vishwakarna road, Noida.
During the campaign, the volunteers stopped the vehicles which were crossing their speed limit and were not following the traffic rules properly. People were made to understand that traffic rules are important for everyone. People who were not wearing helmets and seatbelts were also made aware of the importance of their use.
Brajesh Sharma, co founder of the 7X welfare team says, “Today, on May 1, 2022, we kept our event near Vishwakarma Road Hanuman’s idol aiming to aware those people who work in nearby factories or houses. They generally do not understand much about traffic rules and become victims of accidents in different environments”.
Jayant Kumar Gangwar, Traffic Police says, “In India, every hour, 14 people die only in road accidents. The labours, who don't understand the traffic rules and indulge in activities like tripling or not wearing helmets, they get into severe accidents. Thus, this Labour's day, we have decided to campaign in this location to make the labourers of the area aware of the traffic rules.”
Colonel Dheeraj Sharma, Traffic Volunteer and a resident of Sector 29 says, “I served in the army for 25 years, and now I am doing my social responsibility. Through this campaign, we make people aware of the traffic rules, but, with love. People need to be taught with love. Not always power or force works on them. When we say with firm discipline and love, they follow the rules too.”
Giriraj Bhaediya, co founder of 7x welfare says, “When we do a campaign with traffic police, it lays great impact. Many times, it happens that people tend to argue with us seeing us in civil clothes, but when the official person wearing the uniform with us is seen, they understand every rule and regulation instantly.”
