Mango salad with Zesty Lime Vinaigrette

This salad is very delicious and healthy. There are wide varieties of mango available in the market but for making this salad, all you need is ripe Alphonso mangoes. Take 2 sliced mangoes, half chopped bell pepper, one red onion strip, freshly chopped basil and cilantro. Its dressing will be have lime juice and zest, a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of red chilli flakes.

Add all the things to the bowl and mix them well, then add the dressing over the top and garnished with basil and cilantro, mix them well and it is ready to eat.

Mediterranean  Mango salad

This salad will be ready within 15 minutes. Mediterranean style salad is packed with various flavours and ingredients. Ingredients required for making this salad are sliced mango, chopped cucumbers, boiled and mashed potato, pomegranate arils, onion strips and freshly chopped baby spinach leaf and chopped red bell pepper.

  • For the dressing, we need lime juice, olive oil, a pinch of salt, chilli flakes and freshly chopped mint and cilantro for adding a continental taste.
  • Take a bowl, add all the things in it and mix them well together and then add dressing over it and enjoy.

This salad is for our vegan and gluten intolerant friends. Making Malaysian mango salad is easy. For making this refreshing recipe you need a ripe and sliced mango, a cup of sweet corn, chopped tomato and onion and chopped coriander and basil leaf.

  • For dressing this salad: we need freshly chopped mint leaves, a pinch of sugar, lime juice, a pinch of rock salt and sambal paste that will add the Malaysian taste to it.

  • For making this salad all you need is one sliced alphonso mango, sliced Persian cucumber, red onion string, and chopped cilantro to make it nutritious and flavorful.
  • For the dressing, you require tart Alfoos mango, white balsamic vinegar and Baklouti green chilli olive oil. Mix all the things well and also add roasted peanuts over it.

Paleo Mango Italian salad

For making this refreshing salad, you require two sliced mangoes, one cup of halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, chopped cucumber, and diced onion.

  • For dressing, two tsp of olive oil, fresh lime juice, a pinch of oregano, chilli flakes, salt and mix herb and freshly chopped basil leaves.
  • Add all the things together and mix them well together. Add the dressing, give a nice mix and enjoy this salad.

A Thai salad is one of the best and the easiest thing to make within 10 minutes. For making this salad, you need sliced mango, grated cucumber and carrot and halved cherry tomatoes and some roasted cashew to add crunch to it.

  • For dressing, we need tamari, coconut sugar, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes and lime juice.
  • Put all the things in a small bowl and whisk them well. Add dressing at last and add chopped cilantro for a more savoury taste.
