Mango salad with Zesty Lime Vinaigrette
This salad is very delicious and healthy. There are wide varieties of mango available in the market but for making this salad, all you need is ripe Alphonso mangoes. Take 2 sliced mangoes, half chopped bell pepper, one red onion strip, freshly chopped basil and cilantro. Its dressing will be have lime juice and zest, a pinch of sugar, and a pinch of red chilli flakes.
