Never Have I Ever season 3- Devi-Paxton are official, but there's a new boy

The hit teen show 'Never Have I Ever' is finally back with season 3. Recently Netflix released the trailer for season 3 of Never Have I Ever, showing the ups and downs that the new couple, Devi Vishwakumar and Paxton Hall-Yoshida, will face. The ingenious cast fortunately is the same including Poorna Jagannathan as Nalini, Lee Rodriguez as Fabiola, and Jaren Lewison as Ben.

In the trailer, Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) explores new romantic adventures after meeting her very first crush, Paxton. The trailer shows that Devi's new relationship and life status are not without its challenges, as usual, with all of the popular kids in school giving her the side-eye. A major challenge is that Devi feels she is not good enough for Paxton.

Slices of life and witty realism shine through the trailer. Devi's therapist stresses that a relationship isn't the magical key to all her difficulties. It is also seen that the season may address Ben's feelings towards Devi, as he was perplexed in the previous season to learn that she went to great altitudes to get his attention.

Season 3 promises to be far more chaotic than the last two seasons. But when you think Devi's life is going well, a new guy enters and, contrary to her description of a 'dorky' Indian dude, he's a rather strikingly handsome boy. This boy, her mother's friend's son is another twist to Devi's already messy life.

Devi's love life appears to be twirling out of control with this new entrant. And fans of the show are prepared to get themselves hooked again with Devi and her love life problems. Season 3 looks attractive with a new Indian entry in the game. Let's see what Mindy Kaling has stored in for us; the show is all set to premiere on August 12.
