Delhi: As the occasion of Dusshera approaches, the makers of Raavan in the bylanes of Titarpur near Tagore Garden, West Delhi, look forward to a fruitful business. The Raavans, Meghnaads and Kumbhkarans are in their final stage of making. While the small effigies are just about ready, the huge ones need some final finishing. On completion, these effigies will travel to different parts of Delhi and beyond, only to be burnt to ashes and conclude the 10-day celebration of Navatri. However, these effigies make for quite a spectacle even before they are brought to fire.
