Fire at plastic factory in Noida's Ecotech 1

A massive fire broke out in a plastic factory in Noida's Ecotech 1 area on November 25, 2022. As gathered, the fire broke out around 12.30 pm due to a short circuit. Although no casualties have been reported, commodities worth crores of rupees have been damaged in the incident. Upon receiving information, twelve vehicles of the fire units arrived on the scene and the fire was brought under control after 5 hours.

It is worth noting that when the fire broke out in the factory, workers were still at work but fortunately evacuated in time. According to Chief Fire Officer Pradeep Choubey, no casualties have been reported. He mentioned that the fire was so severe that it took approximately five hours to extinguish.
