Problem galore for the residents of Panchsheel Greens-2 Housing Society

Greater Noida West: For the residents of Greater Noida West, Sunday was a day of protest and dharna. Taking a dig against the developer, residents of Panchsheel Greens-2 Housing Society marched towards the maintenance office with their demands and problems. The representative of the developer came to the spot, listened to the problems of the residents and assured them to solve their problems.

Dipankar, a resident of the Society says that there is a foul smell emanating from the housing estate. Garbage is not disposed of properly. Therefore, people are facing various problems. This is because of the negligence of the maintenance department. Everyone pays the maintenance fee on time, but the problems of the residents are not solved in time. There is a lot of rubbish in society.

Nitin Pathak, another resident of the society, says there is also a lack of security. The security arrangements in their housing society are not in place. Another resident, Amit Singh, says that there is no separate internet connection in his flat. People are having problems with the internet company that provides the service. Apart from this, the fire safety systems are also not working properly.

When Panchsheel Group officials reached the spot, the developer gave them assurance of a solution to these problems. Panchsheel Group Officer Ankur Nagar talked to the residents of the society and enquired about their problems. Nagar said that all their problems will be solved very soon. All promises will be fulfilled and the garbage problem will also be solved as soon as possible.
