Fresh Dates: 10 nos. deseeded
Peanut butter: 4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut

Khoya Paratha
Ingredients:
1 cup of Rajgeera flour
Khoya - one cup
Water when necessary
Ghee: 1 tablespoon
Add salt to taste
Method:
Place Rajgeera flour in a bowl, season with salt to taste, stir well, and then add water to create a soft dough.
Roast the khoa until it begins to turn golden.
Create little balls, roll them into roti, and then do it again with another ball.
After that, spread the roasted Khoa on one roti and top it with another.
Flip the roti after applying ghee and roasting it over medium-gas heat.
After 2 minutes of cooking, ghee should be added to the parathas.
Health advantages
This recipe contains a lot of protein because of the khoa.
Rajgeera flour has a good amount of calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium added to it.
Varai Dahi Vada
Ingredients:
1 cup of varai/samu rice
1/3 cup Singhada/chestnut flour
Green chilies: 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon
Curd, 3/4 cup
Powdered dry dates: 1 tablespoon.
Dates and jaggery chutney, 1 tablespoon.
To taste, add salt.
Water when necessary
Method:
Varai should be added to a grinder and ground into a coarse powder. Then combine Varai and Singhada flour.
The powder should be added to a bowl
Stir in the curd, salt, green chillies, and cumin seeds
Mix thoroughly after adding 1/2 cup of water
For 15 minutes, cover the bowl and set it aside
Add more water to create a thick batter resembling that of an idly
In Appe Patra, preheat a ball over medium heat
Pour 14 teaspoons of oil into each mould before adding the batter to the moulds
Place a lid on the pan and cook the balls on medium heat for 3–4 minutes, or until they are beautifully browned on the bottom
Turn the ball. Cook the opposite side for an additional 2 to 3 minutes
Next, take a bowl, add the curd mixture, and season with the powdered dry dates.

Pistachios- 4 to 5 nos.
Whole walnuts, two
Cashewnuts: five nos.
4 nos. of cardamom powder
Dates: 4 no.
Method:
In a dish, combine the milk and curd. Use a hand mixer or a blender to blend the mixture into a thick, creamy consistency
Add the date, cardamom, and dried fruit powders to the previously mentioned mixture
Freeze the piyush for two hours
Offer it chilled
