Residents and Panchsheel Builder Come Face-to-Face in Greater Noida Society

Greater Noida West: There was an uproar in Panchsheel Housing Society located in Greater Noida West recently as both residents and the builder came face to face over the judo-karate training of the kids.

The residents allege that the children were being trained for judo-karate when the builder’s management stopped the training. On the other hand, the builder claims that some residents are carrying out commercial activity.

Alok, a resident of the society, said, “About two thousand residents live in Panchsheel Greens-II. There is no provision for the park for children to play.  After about 15 days, Karate Championship will be organised. Many children of the society will take part in this.  The children are neither allowed to go to the park nor are permitted to take karate training. This is unacceptable. The builder is violating people's rights.”

When we reached out to Anuj Chaudhary, director of Panchsheel Green-2 Housing Society, he rejected all the allegations outright and said, “The children were never prohibited from playing. Someone coming from outside society gives training to the students and takes money for it, so we have called it a commercial activity.”
