Home buyers protest persists for registry and possession in Greater Noida West

Greater Noida West: The constant protest by the home buyers entered its 24th week on Sunday in Greater Noida West. Several protests took place simultaneously in different housing societies by home buyers on the same day demanding the possession and registry of their property. They also expressed discontentment over not getting even basic facilities. Home buyers expressed concerns regarding the policies adopted by the builder who was prowling in the name of maintenance. Builder demanded a huge amount of money for providing one unit electricity connection and parking.

A protestant for 24 weeks expressed deep anxiety over the increasing problems in this area and informed that soon the date of the protest at Jantar Mantar would be announced. Abhishek Kumar, The President of Nefowa said, "The movement is spreading continuously. A march will be carried out as well. Important meetings have been taking place continuously. First, the committee met Amitabh Kant the commit chief of NITI Aayog, then Ritu Maheshwari the CEO of the authority."

Ajnara Homes

Home buyers in Eco Village 2 demonstrated in front of Nitish Arora the director of Supertech, and appealed for an early resolution of the problems. Flat buyers of Ajnara Homes staged a strong protest against the builder and the maintenance agency for their failure to provide amenities as promised. Hundreds of resident AOAs of Casa Green Society protested against the builder, shut down the maintenance office and sales office, and gave an ultimatum to the builder to solve their problems within three days; otherwise, the movement would be stronger. AOA President Mahesh Yadav said, "We will not tolerate any more excuses or delays, builder and maintenance agency should immediately address our complaints."

Raksha Adela Society
Apex Golf Avenue

Due to the lack of a registry even in Raksha Adela Society, home buyers participated in the protest. They displayed banners on their balconies demanding solutions to the problems. Devika Gold Homes took part in the protest for the registry and basic amenities in the society. Distressed home buyers in Morpheus Pratiksha Society constantly insisted the administration to solve their problems. Apex Golf Avenue also continued demonstrations for the 24th week for the registry.

Casa Green Society

Despite the scorching heat, protests took place in many other societies. The home buyers said in one voice that they won’t stop and they would carry on this protest to obtain their rights.
