Method:
Add half glass yoghurt to half glass chilled water
Mix a spoonful of sugar/jaggery to it
Dip saffron strands in warm water. Then add the saffron water
Add a pinch of cardamom powder and salt to it
Blend the mixture and serve chilled

This mint chachh's chilled concoction is just the thing one needs on a hot summer afternoon. Mint chachh recipe is super quick, easy to make, and is different from regular chachh. Pudina and buttermilk both have cooling properties and together double the cooling properties.
