Greater Noida: A plot spanning 23,600 square meters in Sector Zeta One of Greater Noida Authority has been successfully sold for a whopping Rs 110 crores. The plot was allotted through an online auction process, with a requirement for a one-time payment. The sale of this plot paves the way for the construction of approximately 1,100 new flats, bringing the dreams of home buyers in Greater Noida closer to reality.
The CEO of Greater Noida Authority, Ritu Maheshwari, played a crucial role in initiating this endeavour. The builder department launched a scheme for builder plots in February, which concluded in April. On Friday, the bid for Plot No. GH-128, located in Sector Zeta One, was opened.
According to Soumya Srivastava, the OSD of Greater Noida Authority, the reserve price for this 23,600-square-meter plot was set at Rs 108.56 crore. However, the bids received surpassed expectations, reaching approximately Rs 110 crore. The plot was ultimately purchased by Prasu Infra Limited. The Authority will soon issue the allotment letter to the buyer, and the Authority is expected to receive around Rs 110 crore within 90 days as a result of the plot's allotment.

Moreover, the lump sum payment ensures smooth progress and completion of future projects. She further emphasized that Greater Noida, known as the greenest city in the National Capital Region (NCR), continues to be the top choice for various types of investors. Whether it is an industry, a data centre, or a residential project, people are eager to invest in all types of properties within Greater Noida.
The successful sale of this plot signifies a positive step toward development in Greater Noida, attracting investment and meeting the housing needs of aspiring residents.
