Amrapali Heartbeat City buyers have now decided to meet UP CM in Delhi

Homebuyers of Amrapali Heartbeat City, a residential project in Sector 107, Noida, have decided to meet Yogi Adityanath, UP Chief Minister, at UP Sadan in New Delhi today.

Punit Parashar, a flat buyer in the project, told City Spidey that they first went the Sector 39 police station to lodge an FIR against the builder, but the station officer just took the letter of complaint and refused to lodge an FIR. “The officer said he would be able to do so only after the approval of the SSP,” he added.

Parashar also said that after this, they went to meet Mahendra Singh, Noida magistrate, at his office in Sector 27. He also took the letter and assured them he would look into the matter. “Outside the district magistrate’s office we played badminton to protest happily. We are being shuttled from one government official to the other but no one is coming to the aid of homebuyers,” he added.

"It was after this that more than 50 homebuyers decided to go to UP Sadan in Delhi to meet the UP CM, who is visiting Delhi. We will form a human chain to highlight our issues to the CM,” Parashar said.
