Presently commuters going towards the Artemis Hospital face constant jams on this road especially in peak hours.
The commuters who use the Sector 45 roads of Gurgaon leading to Artemis Hospital shall breathe a sigh of relief for this unruly stretch shall now have better traffic discipline. This is because a divider is being constructed on this 1.5 kilometre stretch.
Presently commuters going towards the Artemis Hospital face constant jams on this road especially in peak hours. There are approximately 30,000 vehicles that cross the stretch on a daily basis. The upcoming divider shall benefit residents of both Sector 45 and 46 who commute on these roads.
“When we exit Sector 46 from the gate next to Apple Blossom onto this road we invariably face constant jams particularly in peak hours,” said Rajender Sekhri, a resident of Sector 46.
The RWA of Sector 46 had been constantly following up with the authorities in connection to the construction of the divider. Along with the divider, this stretch will now also have street lights.
The traffic on the road leading to Artemis Hospital is compounded by that fact that all vehicles that come from NH8 cross it. The Corporate Cyber Park located on the crossing has also increased traffic. After the installation of the divider, people are hoping that vehicles shall get designated lanes to drive in.
