Residents of several societies in Noida and Greater Noida celebrated International Women’s Day yesterday. Fancy dress competition, music, dance and other cultural programmes were organised in a couple of societies in Greater Noida West.
Women in Panchsheel Greens, a highrise in Greater Noida West, celebrated the day with a photo shoot, dancing and fancy dress show. While women in Green Arch, another highrise there, had an interactive session along with other cultural activities.
At Royal Max, a high rise in Noida, Sector 76, women celebrated the day by planting saplings in the society’s garden, while a group of women from Ace City in Noida Extension reached out to women living in the slum area in Noida, Sector 17.
