This particular video shows the condition of a stretch near Sector 4 market, where all sorts of waste could be seen scattered all around. Surprisingly, there are trash bins too but they are lying empty!
Locals, residents and civic body concerned should take a serious note of it as it proves to be a sheer mockery of Swachh Bharat campaign!
