A resident of Greater Noida’ s Palm Olympia was allegedly beaten up by a man who illegally entered the society. An FIR has been registered at Bisrakh Police Station for the same.
As per the FIR, on Thursday around 3 pm, Vikas Tyagi along with his associates entered the society and started fighting with Vikrant Kushwaha, a resident of the society.
Vikas Kushwaha, brother of Vikrant, lodged the FIR. He told the police that Vikas Tyagi, who is a resident of Mandoli in East Delhi, illegally entered the society.
“Tyagi came to the society on August 22 also. When I came to know about his visit to society, I informed the police. But he ran away,” Vikas Kushwaha wrote in the FIR.
Vikas Kushwaha alleged that Tyagi followed him several times to take revenge for helping a girl, who happens to be Kushwaha’s relative, whom Vikas Tyagi was blackmailing around 6 months back.
“He wanted to take revenge from me and my brother as I helped a girl whom he was blackmailing. Since then he tried several attempts to reach us for revenge. He had threatened me earlier that he will kill me. On Thursday, he had come with an intention to kill me,” Vikas Kushwaha said.
Bisrakh police immediately reached the spot after being informed about the incident. They have arrested Vikas Tyagi, whereas his two associates escaped.
“An FIR has been registered in the case and Vikas Tyagi has been arrested. We are in the process of further investigation,” said Manoj Pathak, SHO Bisrakh police station.
