Gurugram: To emphasis the importance of safety while riding a two-wheeler, the Gurugram Traffic Police on Tuesday distributed helmets to those riding their vehicles without helmet at the busy junction of Rajiv Chowk.
During the drive, the traffic police officials stopped those who were not wearing a helmet and conveyed a message on the importance of wearing a helmet. They encouraged people to wear a helmet while riding a two-wheeler.

On the occasion, ACP Traffic Akhil Kumar made an appeal to the riders to follow the traffic rules. He distributed helmets to several commuters riding two-wheeler without helmets and encouraged them to follow road rules for their safety.
The traffic police such kind of campaigns would be carried out to sensitise people about road safety.
