GB Nagar: Education dept launches helpline ahead of state board examination
Noida: One week ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Board Examinations, the education department of the state government launched toll-free helpline numbers to solve queries of the students.
The education minister (UP government), Dinesh Sharma, told the press on Wednesday that a senior officer of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has also been designated as nodal officer so that students get maximum benefit.
Toll-free numbers will remain open 24x7
As per the information, the helpline numbers will remain active from 8 am to 8 pm. In case, students have any queries regarding the board exams, they can connect to the helpline numbers - 1800-180-5310 and 1800-180-5312.
It has also said that the experts of different subjects including English, Life Sciences, Geography, General Science, Hindi, Sanskrit, Chemistry will be available on call on these numbers. Academicians will be open to queries regarding any subject.
