Dwarka: Centre For Sight, an eye institute, in collaboration with Seniors Hub Dwarka (SHD), organised a talk on age related macular degeneration in Dwarka on Wednesday. SHD is a registered NGO which is known for facilitating human connectivity.
This was 19th in its series of awareness talks for creating awareness on various subjects to its members.
A large number of SHD members attended this talk which was intended to promote eye health among senior citizens. 52 member of the NGO participated in the talk with all excitement.
The talk addressed the importance of periodic eye check-up for senior citizens. Diet profile was also discussed.
Dr Chitralekha De, who gave the talk, was very friendly and handled all the questions from the ever-active members with a smile. The Centre For Sight team led by Rajesh Kumar announced special packages for the SHD members on the spot.
