Dwarka: The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) and Federation of CGHS have joined hands to get a solution to the solid waste management and composting in Dwarka.
Members of the federation met with Deputy Commissioner of Nazafgarh Zone, Radha Krishna and discussed solid waste management.
In the meeting, discussions were done on the ways and location of composting and also the ways to do waste segregation at source with the help of community people.
DC Radha Krishna, his team members and federation members visited few places in Dwarka where composting of wet waste would be done.
From the federation, President Sudha Sinha, General Secretary NC Mishra, Event Secretary Arun Srivastava and others were present.
