Greater Noida: Residents of Supertech Eco Village II, a highrise in Greater Noida West, on Sunday staged a protest against the developer for not providing basic services to them.
While protesting, residents raised several demands from the developer. They said they are not going to pay any common areas maintenance charges until basic services are provided regularly.
They complained that the developer is not taking initiative for executing registration of their property for the past three years. Moreover, boundary walls have not been constructed, due to which residents do not feel safe.
To mount pressure on the developer for fulfilling these demands, the residents have decided that they would not pay maintenance charges until the execution of property registration begins.
They also said that power supply to residents should not be disconnected for non-payment of maintenance charges.
