Greater Noida: An incident of plaster fall was reported from Nirala Greenshire, a residential highrise society in Sector 2, Greater Noida West on Sunday. The incident happened in flat number 803 in G8 tower. A big chunk of plaster fell in the balcony at around 7 am.

Owner Abhishek Pandey lives with his wife and daughter at the flat. After the incident, the family of Abhishek is in shock. They all are worried about their safety. The owner of the flat shared a tweet and informed the authorities.

The police and maintenance team came on the spot. After some time, plaster was fixed by the maintenance team but according to the owner, their family members are in shock. They raised the issue of their safety and said who will take the guarantee that there will be no repeat of the incident?

Abhishek asked the builder to do an inspection of the construction and take necessary measures. He also sent a mail and gave information about the incident to the builder but there was no response from the builder side. He also sent a reminder mail but again there was no response.

CitySpidey talked to Abhishek Pandey, he said, “This incident happened in the early morning. We were sleeping. When we woke up, we all were shocked to see chunk of plaster in the balcony. We were afraid about our safety. Hopefully, nobody was there and no one got injured.”

He added, “I sent a mail to the builder but there was no response from them. The police and maintenance team came on the spot. Only the maintenance team responded, there was no response from the builder's side. There are many incidents that have happened in the society but the plaster fall was reported for the first time in our society.” According to Abhishek, this incident could have happened anywhere, it could happen in living room or the bedroom.
