Lakmé Fashion Week 2021 | Fashion trends

Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) and Lakmé Fashion Week joined hands for a glamorous style week. Beginning with a drive-in style for the occasion held in Mumbai, the main event shows by Manish Malhotra, Anamika Khanna and a fearless Ruchika Sachdeva of Bodice amazed excited fashion lovers around the world.

The Lakme Fashion Week 2021 scene for its first actual runway Autumn-Winter '21 assortment was called “The Reunion” commending style and fellowship. Consistent with the new standard, the week remained sans season. Here are the top must-have trends followed by the LFW that will make room in your closets.

Payal Pratap carried the concentration to handwork like none other at the Lakme Fashion Week. While mocking, cross-line, complicated weavings on buttons, Pratap, alongside Taneira and The Spotlight victor P.E.L.L.A., among others highlighting the karigar, was unique.

Athleisure

Comfortable designs and caps for every outfit

For designers Payal Singhal and Masaba Gupta, it has become a case of artwork impersonating life. Living in the comforts of your sweatpants and T-shirts are what the athleisure theme is all about, more like real-life closets on the runway. How we dress presently is saturated with reasonableness and adaptability—a wardrobe that can work nonstop. Singhal brought sports bras to saris and fancy packs to a few looks in a blend of high and low, road and refined at the Lakme Fashion Week. Khaki joggers weren't a long way behind.

Sequins

Colorful sequin designs

The festive season is just right outside our doors, but they have bought the shimmers and sequins a little earlier. Bloni, Siddartha Tytler and the OG king of sequins Suneet Varma accepted a slight shimmer.

Sid Tytler's rethinking of disco days around Studio 54 gave us sequinned skirts with thigh-high cuts. In the interim, Verma gave sequins a lehenga treatment.

Summer layers

Summer style at LFW 2021

Perfect hot summer vibes were done right by Anamika Khanna. The bralettes, block-printed capes, and off-the-shoulder dresses. This current one's for all the occasion hungry, getting on the following trip out to their favourite destinations like Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Seychelles, a.k.a anyplace with a seashore where these looks will perfectly blend with the vibes.

Yavi's sheer layers and light channels are only the trans occasional closet we requested for spring. One more running subject as the week progressed was can caps ace all outfits, as seen at the shows Nirmooha, Yavi and Masaba in the Lakme Fashion Week.

Ruchika Sachdeva commended ten years of her contemporary Indian name. All the Bodice bedrocks were there: plaits and more plaits in her collection at the Lakme Fashion Week. Yet, in a more perky way to deal with plan, Sachdeva gave us flies of shading inside those blade plaits, liveliness in the outlines that included saris, yet in addition, trimmed tops and ruched T-shirts.

One more featuring show had a place with Anamika Khanna, who opened the week with a virtual appearance on March 16. Khanna gave us an exceptional new vision for the advanced lady with mathematical skirts suggesting a Rubik's 3D square's tones, vivid shapes, and ranges spread across plane coats.
