Panchsheel Greens 1: AoA lodges complaint against the builder

The AoA of Panchsheel Greens 1, Sector 16B, Greater Noida West, has complained against the builder in Thana Bisrakh on Friday, for a notice that the builder has put up the main gate which says that the maintenance services will stop from October 25 if they don't pay their pending dues of common area maintenance charges. Around 1800 families live in the society and most of the residents feel that the builder's maintenance company, Allied Infratech, is providing low-level maintenance service.

Mahesh Chandra, Secretary of AOA, said, "We have requested the builder several times to hand over the maintenance to the AOA, but there has been no response from builder's side in this regard.
At present, the maintenance charges of some residents is pending due to this dispute. By using these dues as excuse, the builder has put a notice to close the maintenance facilities of all the residents of the entire society on October 25. In doing so, those residents will also face problems who have made their maintenance payments on time. If the maintenance services are stopped by the builder, a situation of chaos may arise and the full responsibility will lie on the builder".

According to an AoA member, the complaint was registered by the police. Mahesh Chandra also had a meeting with Chauki in charge Shiv Kumar regarding the complaint filed against the builder. He called the maintenance head and  instructed him that there should not be any service interruption to the people. He also assured AoA that he is always available at any time in case his presence is required.
