GNIDA warns school for wrongful parking of buses

Greater Noida: GNIDA gave a warning to the Aster Public School, Sector 3, Greater Noida West, on November 8, 2021. As gathered this is the final warning by GNIDA to the school against the unauthorised parking of its buses on the service road. However, residents alleged that the buses are still parked on the service road even after more than 20 days of the warning.

They shared a tweet, “@OfficialGNIDA के संस्थागत Dep द्वारा  @asterinstitutes एस्टर पब्लिक स्कूल, Sec-3, GNW के "लीज डीड" निरस्त  करने में आनाकानी क्यों? स्कूल द्वारा अवैध कब्जे पर GNIDA ACEO अमनदीप  दुली के 06/09/21 और 06/10/21 के आदेशों के बावजूद कार्यवाही क्यों नहीं?  @nbhooshan @spgoyal @CMOfficeUP.”

In a letter dated 8 November 2021 to the school, the authority mentioned that after sending many letters and notices to the school management, buses are still parked on the service roads. The letter was written by Santosh Kumar, OSD, GNIDA. According to the letter, this act by the school is a violation of rules as mentioned in the lease deed.

The GNIDA acted based on a complaint by Manish Kumar, a resident of Greater Noida West, which he had filed in Jansunwayi Kendra.
In a talk to City Spidey, Sharbari Banerjee, Principal of the Aster Public school denied any encroachment by the school buses on the service road.

CitySpidey also tried to reach out to the officials but they were not available for the comment.
