How to make turmeric green tea

  • Boil water with cinnamon sticks and raw turmeric. Reduce the water to one cup.
  • Add green tea leaves and mint leaves.
  • Strain the tea in a cup, add honey (if needed)

Haldi Ajwani Water

For this simple drink, the ajwain or carom seeds must be soaked in water overnight. Boil this water the next day with raw turmeric. Then, to reap the health benefits, strain it and drink it.
