Residents of Aishwaryam demand a second tri-party meeting

The residents of high-rise residential housing society Aishwaryam, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West, have requested a second tri-party meeting with the builder and the authority. The residents say that the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) had promised another tri-party meeting with the builder and authority in the last meeting held on September 17, 2021. However, that never took place.

Residents allege that the civil infrastructure of the society is not good. According to them, the basement, common area, and tower exteriors should be fixed for seepage along with plastering and painting of the entire infrastructure of Aishwaryam including compound boundaries, basement parking walls, and tower exteriors.

They further pointed that the lift lacks maintenance and the condition of the basement is getting poorer every passing day. The problem of water leakage through the pipe was never solved. Moreover, they added that the floor of the basement is in very bad condition and the drains are open.

Arnismesh, AOA President said, “We are demanding another tri-party meeting from October 2021. We have been doing persistent follow-ups but all our requests are falling on deaf ears. The condition of the society is still very bad."

He added that society doesn’t have a proper Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Moreover, the builder had to fix two fire extinguishers as per the fire inspection report, but the situation is the same.

In a talk with CitySpidey Santosh Kumar OSD says, "The first phase of tri-party meeting is not finished yet. Another tri-party meeting would be held in the second phase."
