Greater Noida authority to hold builder-buyer meetings in 5 societies

The Greater Noida Authority has taken another step to solve the problems of flat buyers in builder projects of the area. The Authority has decided to hold meetings with the builders and buyers of five more group housing societies.

Many residents of the highrise societies in Greater Noida protest every weekend against the lack of basic amenities in their societies.

The registry of the flats is another major issue faced by the buyers. Greater Noida West has about 85 societies in which about 50,000 residents are struggling to get their registry papers. Most of them have also started a 'No registry, No vote' campaign.

On the instructions of the CEO of Greater Noida Authority, Narendra Bhushan, the builder cell of the authority has issued the schedule of the builder and buyer meetings.

The meeting has been proposed by GreNO Authority with flat buyers and builders on the following dates. On January 3, Panchtatva Promoters will have a meeting with the buyers of Galaxy Vega. The meeting of Shri Radha Sky Garden of SJP Infracon will be held on January 6, Galaxy North Avenue II of Galaxy Dream Home Developers will be on January 7, Victory One of Law Residency Developers
will be on January 10 and Panchsheel Hynish Project of Panchsheel Buildtech will take place on January 13, 2021.

Santosh Kumar (OSD) in charge of builder cell, says, "All these meetings will be held from 3.30 pm onwards. Because of the pandemic, only eight to 10 buyers have been called to the meeting. The Greater Noida Authority has already held meetings with buyers associated with several other builder projects."
